Not to sound cold, but the type of person I am, I put my heart and soul into things when it’s in my possession, but when it’s no longer mine, I eventually lose all attachment.
I don’t terminate friendships or relationships easily, I will try to revive that shit until my arms break, but if it’s not fixable and I’ve accepted that, something inside of me just switches off.
